These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tungdam platform and website provided by Tungdam. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Tungdam provides tools to onboard, verify, monitor and risk-score business entities. Verification results and risk scores are decision-support tools; you remain responsible for your own business decisions.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Only submit data you are authorised to submit and process.

4. Customer data

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us the rights necessary to process it to provide the service, including running verification checks and maintaining audit records, in line with our Privacy Policy.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may update pricing with reasonable prior notice.

6. Third-party sources

Verification relies on third-party and government data sources. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability or timeliness of data provided by those sources, though we work to surface reliable results.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that verification or monitoring will detect all risk, fraud or non-compliance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tungdam will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. Certain provisions survive termination.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
